Troy Houlahan

After completing a Commerce degree at Curtin University and gaining extensive experience with one of Perth’s leading finance broking firms, Troy co-founded the Driven Group alongside his long-time friend Shane Lavender in 2006.

With a long-standing passion for real estate, Troy brings a unique perspective to property sales, shaped by years of working closely with buyers and sellers from a finance standpoint. Combined with the commercial and leadership skills developed through running his own finance business, this background allows him to deliver strategic, informed guidance and a genuinely improved client experience.

Troy’s mission is to set a new benchmark in the industry by providing a client-focused service that prioritises individual outcomes and removes the stress from buying and selling property.

Outside of work, Troy is a dedicated West Coast Eagles member and an avid NBA follower, proudly supporting the Indiana Pacers. He also has a strong passion for international travel, with the United States and Europe among his favourite destinations to date.

Raised in Willetton, Troy attended Willetton High School and was an accomplished youth basketballer, representing Western Australia at an under-age level. He is married to Katie, Driven Group’s Business Development Manager, and together they are proud parents to Austin, Isla, and Scarlett.
